Dentist: Full-Time and Part-Time

Description
Under the direction of the Dental Director, the General Dentist must be able to provide comprehensive, quality dental care services to all adult and pediatric patients. Will obtain medical and dental histories as required, based on the National Board of Dentistry. Will also provide assistance and direction on clinical issues and medical management for reporting requirements.

Must be experienced in identifying gum disease, tooth cavities and other oral health problems, and with treating dental diseases and developing appropriate treatment plans for adults and children. Must have experience with treatment plans, goals, patient education, making referrals, consults and follow-up care. Should also have some instructional experience to serve as a Preceptor for dental residents.

Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited General Dentistry or Pediatric Dentistry program and possess a D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree. May be a General Dentist who limits his/her practice to Pediatric Dentistry. GPR or AEGD residency mandatory. Must present evidence of successful completion and passing of the National Board Dental Examination administered by the American Dental Association (ADA) as well as proof of licensure by the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry.

In-depth multidisciplinary health training experiences a plus, as is experience teaching in an academic program. Previous experience working in an ambulatory care health center, hospital, clinic or private practice preferred. Knowledge of electronic health records and experience with the Media Dentsoftware.

Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse - Family Practice: Part-Time

Description
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the APN will supply comprehensive, quality services in the provision of medical care to all patients. Must have the ability to provide assistance and direction on clinical issues and medical management in conjunction with Federal and State reporting.

Requirements
Must have at least 2 years experience in an ambulatory health care setting. Must be in possession of current New Jersey Licensure at the time of application. Must have computer knowledge and experience with electronic health records. Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.

 

Psychiatrist: Part-Time

Description
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, this provider will analyze and evaluate patients’ data and test or examination findings to diagnose the nature and extent of mental disorders. Will prescribe, direct, and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Applicant must be familiar with medical facilities as well as social service agencies in and around the Hudson County area. This individual will also work closely with the Social Worker.

Requirements
Fully credentialed provider must show documentation at time of interview. Must possess a Medicaid number and be in good standing for credentialing approval.
